FINN WINS ANOTHER ONTARIO TOLLER CLUB BREED 
BOOSTER! DEC ' 09

"Finn" aka "Can/Am CH. Seastar's Roaneden Darkwater JH WC", wins Best of Breed
at the Ontario Toller Club's Breed Booster at the Credit Valley Show, Dec 12 '09
Finn also went on the make the cut in the Sporting Group.

"Oakley" wins Best of Breed at the Brantford Kennel Club show, putting her
to 5 pts with limited showing ( 12 months old).

Second show out, Sawyer takes BOW and Best Puppy in Group!!! Puppy group was awarded by
Doug Johnson, past US National Specialty judge.
Sawyer finishes his Championship shy of 7 months old, with Two Best of Breed wins and another Best Puppy in Group, under Australian Judge Mr Kill.

* "Sawyer" takes Best of Winners, first show out, 6 months old, for 2 pts!
* "Candy" HROANEDEN OF GREAT PLEASURE, also earns points taking Winners Bitch and Best of Opposite Sex.

"ROANEDEN'S AMADORE STARR"

"Mandy" takes Winners' bitch for her first set of CKC points, at the SWOSDC's Sporting Dog Specialty, June 21/09. 7 months old.   Mandy is shown by us, and co-owned with the Wilcox family. Mandy is a little spit-fire, much like her Momma Meadow...she is very enthusiastic in everything she does. She is working towards her CDN Championship and is being trained in the field for the upcoming hunting season! She is a natural retriever, and a great ambassador for the breed, she loves kids, dogs and life!

"ROANEDEN'S WISCOY RUSTY SPIN'R"

*Rusty wins "Best of Winners" at the Sporting Dog Specialty June 27, putting his point total up to 8!

* Rusty wins two more best of Breed ribbons at the Monarch Kennel Club shows, June 20/21.  This puts him halfway through his Championship in two weekends of showing, just shy of 7 months old *

Rusty wins Best of Breed his first weekend out at 6 months of age.  Rusty is our promising young boy from the "Outlaws" Litter, formerly known as Doc.  He is training hard in the field and enjoys the show ring.  He also had the chance to help out in the Junior handling ring, what a guy! Rusty is Co-owned by Dave Messmer.

"CH. ROANEDEN'S WIN CHESTER" wins "Best Male 12-18 months" at the Canadian NSDTR Club of Canada- National Specialty Puppy Sweepstakes !

"HROANEDEN OF GREAT PLEASURE" AND "ROANEDEN'S GET LOST"

Our puppies Candy (top) and Sawyer (bottom), proving both birdy and pretty are bred into our puppies! They proudly display their very first retrieves ! Both puppies naturally pick up, hold and hand deliver with drive and confidence!

Cayenne's first retrieve with a bird....need we say more?! This girl is one enthusiastic worker!!!

Reid wins a Group 2nd Veterans Sporting Group at Birch Run MI shows, April 2009.  This is his first showing in 2 years, proving at 8 he is still one of the finest Sporting Dogs around! Many of his judge friends felt he should be back out in the ring, proudly representing our breed!

"ROANEDEN'S MADDOX"

"Maddox" is a litter-brother to our Dolly and Chester. Pictured above at 1 year old. He lives in Germany with the Frombach family.  Maddox is a highly trainable, handsome fellow!  He will be making his Show debut and will complete his dummy testing this year ( field Testing).

"CAN/AM CH. SEASTAR'S ROANEDEN DARKWATER "

Finn, takes Best of Breed both days at the prestigous Purina National Dogshow, in Tillsonburg, On, March 14/15, 2009.  Finn showed well in the evening formal group, and went on to make the cut in the Sporting Group on Sunday! (Thank you to our friend Sharon Richman for this candid shot of Finn in the Group)

"ROANEDEN'S JACK IT IS"

"Jack" pictured above, at 11 weeks old. His first trip up to the cottage with his family.  His family writes, "Jack loves to toboggan and play with the kids. His first day at the cottage he slept from early afternoon til bed time". Jack is from our "Outlaws" litter.

WELCOME "VOYAGER" LITTER - Born January 5th, 2009 - Cayenne x Scotty

The Voyager litter is quickly growing up! Pictured here are a few of them at 4.5 weeks old. They are quite active and love to play already!

Pictured here at 10 months old, winning yet another Best of breed over Specials! The next weekend out, Chester takes BOB to finish his CDN Championship at 10 months of age.


ROANEDEN'S "OUTLAW'S" LITTER

"The Outlaws" have all gone to their new homes, January 2009.  Pictured here at 7 weeks of age.  "Doc", "Jessie", "Wyatt", "Pearl" and "Belle".  We are excited about the future of these puppies! We anticipate big things, watch for them in the Show ring in Canada and the US !

Mackenzie is a littermate to Chester and Dolly, from our Meadow X Ketch litter.  She is owned by Ian and Andrena Kelly and Chris Choi. She is pictured here at 9 months old. 

Can CH. ROANEDEN'S BACK WOODS BARBIE

Dec 08, Dolly takes BOB over adult Specials from the Jr puppy class, putting her point count up to 7, with limited showing.  The following weekend, Dolly wins Best of Opposite to finish her CDN CH. this time from the bred by class!
